No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, offer and operations. Information on this website, free audits and consultations are provided for general guidance and do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, rankings or revenue.

LGSA and government contracting

LGSA is a decision-support tool. It does not guarantee eligibility for, or award of, any government contract. Assessments are based on information you provide and on public procurement data, which may be incomplete or change. You are responsible for verifying eligibility, registrations, certifications and solicitation requirements, and for every bid, certification and representation you make. LGSA does not submit bids or sign certifications on your behalf.

Engagements

Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If there is a conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The Gohar Media name, logo, monogram and website content are owned by Gohar Media. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
